Meet our facilitators:

Whist many training providers use facilitators whose experience is limited to the training room, Rhodes Business School uses the services of only the best in the L&D industry, all of whom are both professionally qualified AND have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience ‘in industry’.

Due to this network of facilitators across Australia (meaning travel and accommodation costs are kept to an absolute minimum) we are able to deliver programs across the country (including city, rural, and remote locations) and internationally.

John Scotland

John Scotland

John Scotland is an engaging educator, facilitator, and consultant who consistently demonstrates why he is in demand to lead courses, coach and consult. For more than 17 years John has run programs for many Australian companies in the mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, service, and health industries as well as WA and Commonwealth public sector agencies.

John has over 15 years’ experience as a university lecturer in Learning and Development and has significant leadership experience as a CEO and senior manager in numerous private sector organisations leading teams of up to 300 people.

John’s facilitation is highly active, experiential, and enjoyable. He focuses on the development and practice of skills using well-developed models, case studies, scenarios and real-time examples where participants can be curious, experiment, and succeed.

Philippa Storey

Philippa Storey - Rhodes Business School Facilitator 2

Philippa has been assisting companies with workforce development for over 20 years and, in that time, has firmly established her reputation as an outstanding workshop facilitator, consultant, and keynote speaker.

She has experience of delivering to a wide variety of industries, including (but not limited to) Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Publishing, and is well known for her entertaining and engaging style.

In addition to her in-depth experience in the areas of Leadership and Communication Skills, she is a subject matter expert in the field of Sales & Marketing and Client/Customer retention and is accredited to deliver and assess VET and e-learning programs and is a certified practitioner of True Colours and HBDI, and is conversant with DiSC.

Rob Caroline

Rob Caroline is a highly experience, exceptional facilitator with in-depth understanding of developing leadership and management capabilities. He has excellent interpersonal, facilitation and training skills that routinely produce engaging, interactive workshops and outstanding learning outcomes.

Tony Holmes

Tony Holmes - Rhodes Business School Facilitator 2

Tony’s formative career years established his sound strategic thinking and planning competencies supported by a variety of hands-on managerial and leadership positions. As a Certified Management Consultant and Facilitator Tony’s core competencies are in strategic thinking and planning, supported by business performance analysis directed at enhancing organisational capability development. Supplemented by relevant academic studies Tony has developed a strong capacity to help people and organisations succeed through enhanced people performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • PhD—current part-time research through Faculty of Education at the University of Tasmania. The thesis addresses the area of knowledge leadership with submission planned for 2013.

Gerald Pauschmann
