Graduate Development Programs
With demand for the best Australian graduates always high, attracting and retaining the most outstanding candidates for your organisation is no longer as simple as offering a good salary package.
Today’s graduates are ambitious and highly motivated to move quickly along the career pathway, so it comes as no surprise that statistics clearly show that they are increasingly choosing to join organisations that offer structured graduate learning and development programs that will enhance their skills, their knowledge, their resumes and, of course, assist them on their career journey…and turning down the organisations that don’t!
Rhodes Business School graduate development program Creating Future Leaders is proven to be extremely effective at assisting graduates in becoming valuable and productive team members as quickly as possible. Additionally, but no less importantly, as a provider of such programs that are widely recognised as ‘best in class’, our clients tell us that our programs have made a significant difference in the recruitment of graduates of the highest standard and reducing graduate turn-over.
However, this course is not designed as an ‘off the shelf – one size fits all’, so we work closely with clients to select topics that are closely aligned to the needs of the organisation and, as with all of Rhodes Business School programs, the delivery is contextualised (free of charge) to ensure that the targeted learning outcomes are achieved.
All participants that successfully complete our graduate development program receive a Rhodes Leadership Excellence (or a program name of your choice) certificate of attendance or, if an assessment is successfully completed, a certificate of achievement. Where relevant, our programs can also be mapped to AQF competencies.
If required, our flexible Delivery Options and Instructional Design team’s input means that we can easily develop a program ideally suited to the needs of your graduates. However, programs typically run for three years with approximately three workshops per year, with topics that can include:
