Rhodes Business School’s executive team has over 50 years combined experience in the adult education sector and includes:

Greg McMahon 2

Greg MacMahon – Academic Chair – B Com, B Econ, B Eng, B Sc, M Eng Sc, M Econ St, LGE, Adv Dip in Project Management, FAIM, FIEAust, Master Project Director AIPM [CPPD], MAITD, RPEQ, CP Eng 

Greg has in-depth experience as an academic, project leader, and a senior manager in a wide variety of fields. His experience started with civil engineering design and construction, and now includes academic experience in the VET and higher education sectors, personnel and administration, international marketing, research and development, training establishments, consultancy and regulatory services, industrial relations, defence services, corporate support functions (mainly policy and planning) and information services.

Greg has managed change processes in the computerisation and super-computerisation of professional offices, commercialisation and privatisation of government services and in the implementation of structural efficiency principles and enterprise bargaining.

Greg’s professional interests are in the economic impacts of natural disasters and the development of working professionals.

Simon Christensen 2

Simon Christensen – CEO & Director of Commercial Acquisitions – MBA, Grad Cert in Strategic Management, FAIM.

With a career in the adult education sector spanning fifteen years, over the past seven, Simon has overseen the successful growth of three large education businesses in the capacity of CEO. During this time he has been responsible for the overall leadership, management, operations, and strategic direction of these businesses within both the vocational and higher education space.

Tony Holland - Rhodes Business School

Tony Holland – Chief Operations OfficerGrad Dip in Management, Grad Cert in Project Management.

Tony is a highly experienced RTO operations expert with almost 20 years of service in the Australian training sector. In his role as Chief Operations Officer, it is his mission to ensure that the organisation is constantly focused on providing industry leading services and client support of the highest possible standard.

Martin Sinfield

Martin Sinfield – Chief Financial OfficeCA, B Accounting, ICA

Martin is highly skilled business professional specialising in leading finance and operations teams and project initiatives and brings a wealth of experience in delivering commercial and operational benefits in the adult education & training space as well as other industries. 

Sam Russell – Director of Marketing & Business DevelopmentMBA, Dip Finance

With over 20 years’ experience as a Business Developer and Client Relationship Manager, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and a consultative approach to his work. Over the years he has learned that the highest levels of service can only be achieved by taking a genuine, focused, and in-depth interest in the needs of his clients and by developing long term, close, honest relationships with them.

It is his goal to constantly develop and maintain Rhodes Business School’s reputation as a highly professional organisation that delivers genuine value and industry bench-mark standards in the services it provides.
